Am I too old to exercise?

The simple answer is NO. You can exercise no matter how old you are and no matter what your current health condition is, there will be an exercise for you.

Just because you can't do the same now as you did why back when doesn't been you have to give up on exercise now - you're not dead! We may have to adapt our exercise routine some what from what we could to do when we were younger but you can still be fit and health at any age.
