Terms and Conditions:
Consultation:
30 minute consultations take place in the comfort of your home or at an agreed location.
Training Sessions:
Training session duration can be from 30 minutes to 1 hour,
Personal Training:
Payment can be paid by cash or bank transfer.
Training sessions are paid 4 weeks in advance.
Payment takes place every 4 weeks.
Training can take place in your home, local park or online.
Group Training:
Group training can be paid in full by one member or by each individual.
Payment can be paid by cash or bank transfer.
Training sessions are paid 4 weeks in advance.
Payment takes place every 4 weeks.
Training can take place in your home, local park or online.
Holidays and Training Gaps:
To secure your preferred training slot whilst on holiday, a retainer fee of £10 per session would be required. Preferred training slots cannot be guaranteed on your return if not secured with a retainer fee. Any pre-booked training sessions will recommence on your return from holiday. If training slots are not secured by retaining fee, then your preferred training slot may be offered as availability to other clients. If no retainer paid and another client trains in your preferred training slot then alternative training slots can be offered. If however, upon your return there are no suitable training slots or no availability at all then no refund will be offered.
Cancelation and Refund Policy:
Once training has been agreed and paid in full, the client has the right to cancel before their first training session takes place. A minimum of 24 hours must be given to cancel. The client will be awarded a refund less the value of one training session fee. This fee will cover any work done by the trainer such as (but not limited to) time taken to design tailored training, planning and potential research.
Once training has commenced no refund will be offered.
Cancelation due to illness will result in no refund offered.
A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to cancel individual training sessions. No refund or alternative training date/time will be offered for less than 24 hours notice of cancelation of any training session. When training is canceled with 24 hours or more notice, a new training date/time will be offered.
Block bookings or individual sessions can not be transferred to third parties.
Group Training:
Once training has commenced no refund will offered for the group or individuals who drop out, per session or block booking.

None Attendance:
None attendance of any training session, regardless of reason will be a loss of the training session at the cost of the client. No reschedule or alternative training date/time will be offered.
No refund or concessions will be offered due to lateness. The trainer will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes should the client(s) be late. The duration of lateness will be deducted from the total training time.
Termination of Training Sessions:
The trainer holds the right to cancel all training to both personal and group training clients at any time. No refund will be offered. This may be due to but not limited to, consistency of lateness, consistency of none attendance or threatening or violent behaviour.
Health Concerns:
If you have any concerns regarding your health and wellbeing then it is recommended you seek the advice of a medical professional/doctor before you commence any fitness training or exercise plan. Your health and wellbeing will always be your own responsibility.
Exercise Risk of Injury:
All recommended and planned exercises are optional and no training session or training technique is forced. It'll be the responsibility of the client to notify the trainer should they experience any pain or discomfort whilst performing any prescribed exercise. Should this be the case then an alternative exercise or training technique will be offered. The client is advised to stop exercising immediately should they feel dizzy, or light headed and advise their trainer immediately. The client may be recommended, or advice may be given, on using the correct footwear for exercising to help reduce the chance of injury. Should the client not take this advise or refuse to buy the recommended footwear the trainer has the right to pause or cancel training till the correct footwear has been acquired.
