Jason also promotes the importance of core strength and conditioning which will help you to build a stronger fitness foundation. Jason will specifically design an exercise program to suit your needs to help you reach your personal goal.

This is the key focus of Jason's programs, understanding the importance of maintaining joint health and mobility as you age. Incorporating good exercise form and technique to help reduce the risk of injuries and promote long-term health and well-being.
Online Personal Training
A more convenient way to train, saving you even more time in your day to exercise. You can choose your preferred way to video call from Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, Messenger & WhatsApp.
Guidance Training Plan
Long term personal training isn't for everyone, as some people may just need or want a little guidance on how to train with an exercise routine that they can follow by themselves. Your plan will include a consultation plus one personal training session. During your consultation, Jason will gather as much information needed to plan and design you an exercise routine. Then on your personal training session, Jason will go through the routine with you and explain how to perform the exercises effectively and safely. Offering helpful tips to help maximize your results. Follow up personal training and plan redesign can be offered if needed.
